I had no time to make photos properly, but for my luck I have photos of stock and caferized bikes with quite similar views of them. Quite significant difference, I suppose.

I have a cafe racer build over a Zephyr from 94′, but I would like to have spoked wheels on the bike like these that have been used for the cafe roadster. Please let me know some info about these wheels, because I been having troubles finding any spoked wheels that fits my bike without major modifications. Thank you in advance.

That’s original Zephyr 750 D wheels (modification which was produced from 1996 until 2000). They are very rare and expensive now, so you are lucky if you could get a pair of those wheels…
