And here are some detailed photos of the Kawasaki KZ650 engine.
For all polished covers I chose chrome plated small hex head flange bolts. These are genuine Kawasaki bolts with length identical to the length of original screws. Chrome plated bolts look awesome.
I picked bolts of the same design even for the PMC tachometer port plug.
For intake manifolds I chose small hex head flange bolts in black colour.
As for the painted parts, I chose Kawasaki ZR7 flanged bolts that come zinc plated but in matte finish.
New genuine exhaust holders in combination with Honda high flanged cap nuts look great too:
Oil temperature gauge installed in place of oil filler plug.
