Spoked wheels for Honda CB750 SPIDER cafe-racer from Poland.

In my personal opinion cafe-racers and spoked wheels are inseparable. When this Spring I was emailed by Krzysztof (KrisBiker, Poland) with a question if I could produce a set of spoked wheels for his cafe-racer project, I already had an idea how it may be done. However, firstly  I had to do some research and calculations, as his project was based on Honda CB750 F2 Seven Fifty with standard swingarm, but with upside-down front fork  from Suzuki GSXR600 equipped with radial brake system.

Then we spent some time on discussion of tires’ dimensions (and therefore rims’ sizes), colours, price and so on and so forth. In result we shook hands (virtually) and I started the work in result of which I have to provide set of bolt-on (or call it plug-and-play) wheels for Kris’ cafe-racer project as well as solution for upgrade of both front (larger brake discs) and rear (complete solution) brake systems.

However this post is about the motorcycle in which Gazzz Garage participated. Or in Kris’ words about the motorcycle for which wheels I became a god father:) . However, I doubt if I could write a better article than one that may already be found on The Return of Cafe Racers website or website of Kris project (just Google  HONDA CB750 SPIDER), so let photos speak for the project. We, in our turn, raise our glasses of beer to Chris’s success!
