While I am working on wheels here is a content of another parcel that arrived some time ago. Nothing special, just little demonstration that even small things are significant. First is an assortment of some OEM parts. Like set or rubbers to mount upper timing chain tensioner sprocket:
And fine new carburetor clamps:
New chain slider for Kawasaki Zephyr 550 swing arm:
That’s may be called ignition sparks kit:-)
And last is drive chain and sprockets.
I decided to use 525 chain (as usually, D.I.D. 525VX G&B) so front sprocket is from Zephyr 750, pity it doesn’t fit KZ650 with that rubber damper untouched. However I think I could easily fix this issue.
Rear sprocket I picked to be compatible with Honda CBX550 rear hub and 525 chain and with number of teeth that match original rear sprocket of Kawasaki KZ650.
